Our Story
Welcome to Lake Belton High School!
Lake Belton High School opened in the fall of 2020 with ninth- and tenth-grade students.The first Bronco senior class will graduate in 2023. When the campus opened, it competed as a 4A high school. Currently, LBHS is classified as a 5A, D1 campus with an enrollment of almost 3,100 students. Lake Belton High School is designed to accommodate the district's growing student population. The 394,000-square-foot building offers a modern, collegiate environment with a focus on 21st-century learning. Key features include collaborative workspaces, a spacious library with a break out spaces. A Digital Learning Center, and "learning communities" where classrooms are grouped by subject and teachers share "Think Tank" workspaces. The school boasts state-of-the-art facilities for extracurricular activities, including a dance studio with a basketball court floor, music practice rooms, an art wing, a 600-seat auditorium, and impressive athletic amenities. Career and technical education is also a priority, with specialized spaces like a prep kitchen for culinary arts. The school's design emphasizes collaboration, innovation, and a strong sense of community. While the physical building is impressive, the school's leadership emphasizes that the "Bronco family" represents "Pride, Community AND Trust beyond the physical space.

Anonymous Alerts
The Anonymous Alerts anti-bullying and safety app reporting system helps combat bullying and other negative activity in schools by empowering students to speak up. Social and peer pressure are some of the hardest obstacles for students to overcome. Users of the system have the option to remain anonymous or reveal their identity when submitting a report.
To send a report from your phone:
- Download the Anonymous Alerts® app for free from the Apple Store, Google Play store, or the Chrome store
- Start the App, enter activation code: beltonisd
- Send important reports to school officials
- Add a screenshot, photo or video about the incident
